At the 23rd Annual EXPO in Houston, TX CA the SCAA will provide the following standard AV in every presentation room:
  • One LCD projector for PowerPoint – no Audio (must be requested)
  • One 10x10 screen
  • One podium and podium microphone
  • One panel table with 1-3 table microphones (depending on the number of presenters)

If you need additional A/V other than what is standard, check the appropriate boxes below. All additional requests other than the standard AV provided are subject to SCAA approval and may require payment by presenter.
